About Us
The BRAs is what happens when three friends - who also happen to be one therapist and two coaches - come together to build personal and professional resilience and accountability.
Wellness | Burnout | Purpose
This is the intersection of our collaborative work that allow others to feel supported, uplifted, and empowered.
In the spring of 2024, Meg, Charlotte, and Eileen were individually trying to build our separate therapy and coaching practices. Already friends, we started sharing the wins and struggles of life and work, and our desire for community.
Through these conversations, we naturally supported each other in building resilience and accountability, and thus, The BRAs were designed. We also connected over a shared love of music, dance parties (solo and with friends), and a desire to infuse our worlds with more creativity and play.
These conversations led to The Unplug & Elevate Summer Playlists, a way to strengthen our individual practices, share the heavy load of life through the magic of music, and creatively work together.
The Unplug & Elevate Playlists have grown into a movement for ourselves and all heart-centered women who want to reconnect with their purpose and values.
We believe that we are stronger together and that by showing a softer side of ourselves, we build strength, power, and determination to turn stress and burnout into clarity.
